What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, download a resource, subscribe, or make a purchase, we collect what you provide. That may include your name, email address, company or organization, role or title, and any message you send us.

Payment information. Purchases are processed securely by Kajabi Payments powered by Stripe through our website platform. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects standard technical information when you visit. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use your information

We use it to:

• respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations
• deliver the resources, programs, and purchases you request
• send emails you have signed up to receive
• operate, secure, and improve this site, including preventing spam and fraud
• understand which content is most useful
• meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Email

Submitting our contact form does not add you to our mailing list. We add you to marketing emails only when you opt in — for example, by subscribing or by downloading a resource that says it includes email updates.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, you may still receive transactional messages, such as purchase receipts, program access details, or replies to messages you sent us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our business, and only as much as they need to do that work:

• Kajabi — website hosting, forms, programs, and checkout
• Kit — email delivery
• Google — reCAPTCHA spam protection and Google Analytics
• Kajabi Payments powered by Stripe — payment processing

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when it’s needed to protect the rights or safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well without them.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There’s no common industry standard for responding to them, so this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. For example, we keep it while you’re subscribed, while you have access to a program, or as long as business and tax records require. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care with what you trust us with.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

Depending on where you live — including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, the European Union, and the United Kingdom — you may have additional rights. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or move your data, or to object to certain uses of it. We honor these requests as applicable law requires.

If you’re in the EU or UK, we process your information based on your consent, to fulfill a contract with you, or for our legitimate business interests, such as running and securing this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Visitors outside the United States

We’re based in the United States, and your information will be processed here.

Children

This site is designed for professionals and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices, so we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll make that clear on this site.
